Q: Where can I get my wheelchair?
A: We can deliver your wheelchair to your hotel or apartment at the city centre or you can pick it up from our store to avoid delivery fees.
Q: My hotel is far from city centre. Do you make deliveries out of city centre too?
A: We do our best to deliver it to your hotel/place even it is out of town. We may charge for extra due to the distance.
Q: How can I make payment?
A: You can make payment when you get the wheelchair.
Q: Can I use my creditcard for payment?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: May I get receipt or invoice?
A: Sure. We can prepare receipts and invoices. As required by law we need your full name, passport number and address(optional) to prepare your digital invoice.
Q: Do you also sell whelchairs?
A: Yes we sell manual and automatic wheelchairs, also other medical products. For more information contact with us.
Q: Do you sell medical products?
A: Yes we sell medical and orthopedic products too. Just inform us what kind of product you are looking for.
Q: Is tipping required for delivery guy?
A: Tipping is not required, but it’s okay to tip for satisfying service.
