During our recent travel to Istanbul, I needed a foldable electrical wheel chair for a family member. It was great experience especially in sloppy areas of Sultan Ahmet and Taksim, where manual wheel chairs are impossible to handle. It has greatly facilitated us almost everywhere. The chair was in brand new condition and staff was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended

Excellent service. The wheel chair was delivered and picked up from our hotel exactly on the required time. The team was available all time for question even during the public holiday. The battery of the wheel chair worked just fine. I would definitely recommend it.

I booked the wheelchair for my mother. The service was amazing. I never write reviews but given how easy and comfortable the process was i had to. I booked the chair few days before arrival. I booked a wheelchair for my mother a day before we arrived in Istanbul. It was delivered to my hotel at the agreed time by an extremely courteous representative. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a brand new wheelchair. We used it for 6 days and it was collected from the hotel.
My mother is not easy to please and she was quite happy with the quality of the wheelchair ! I can wholeheartedly recommend Istanbul Wheelchair service. Great price, Five star service, convenient. I will be using them again. Two thumbs up. 10/10

This wheelchair service is excellent, where arranging it is very smooth and you receive prompt replies within seconds of sending the request. I had so much fun at my trip to Turkey where I was able to take my mom everywhere I went.
The wheelchair was brand new and in excellent condition. Easy to us and easy to fold. The service was excellent where the wheelchair was delivered an hour after I arrived and left it at reception for pick up. When I have mistaken the return date, the wheelchair service were very considerate to keep the wheelchair for extra day.

Pre-arranging a wheelchair for our recent trip to Istanbul was extremely easy. Mehmet delivered a beautiful, well maintained wheelchair. Prior to the pickup day, we were contacted to finalize arrangements. Everything was handled professionally. They are very accommodating and kind. If I went back to Istanbul, I would most certainly use Istanbul wheelchair.
I was stuck in Top kapi palace with my mom, she couldn’t move further because of her knees problem. That’s when i called this wheelchair service and i was surprised at their efficiency. They delivered the wheelchair within 1 hour. The wheelchair was in the best shape and the management was very active and well mannered as well.
