Q: Where can I get my wheelchair?
A: We can deliver your wheelchair to your hotel or apartment at the city centre or you can pick it up from our store to avoid delivery fees.

Q: My hotel is far from city centre. Do you make deliveries out of city centre too?
A: We do our best to deliver it to your hotel/place even it is out of town. We may charge for extra due to the distance.

Q: How can I make payment?
A: You can make payment when you get the wheelchair.

Q: Can I use my creditcard for payment?
A: Yes, you can. 

Q: May I get receipt or invoice?
A: Sure. We can prepare receipts and invoices. As required by law we need your full name, passport number and address(optional) to prepare your digital invoice.

Q: Do you also sell whelchairs?
A: Yes we sell manual and automatic wheelchairs, also other medical products. For more information contact with us.

Q: Do you sell medical products?
A: Yes we sell medical and orthopedic products too. Just inform us what kind of product you are looking for.

Q: Is tipping required for delivery guy?
A: Tipping is not required, but it’s okay to tip for satisfying service.

Rental Foldable Manual Wheelchairs:

Model 1 ( IWM-001) – Light Model 



Very light at only 9 KGs in weight. Easy to use. Folds compactly to put in car trunk/boot. Maximum user weight is 90 KGs.

15 Dollars Per Day  + Delivery and Pickup Fee (30 Dollars for City Center[Sultanahmet, Taksim, Sirkeci, Beyazıt, Osmanbey, Bakırköy, Şişli])

Example:
3 Days Rental With Delivery and Pickup: 3 days x 15 Dollars + 30 Dollars = 75 Dollars

2 Options to Avoid Delivery and Pickup Fees:

Option 1: You can pick/drop wheelchair from/to our store.

Option 2: We have one delivery and pickup point next to “Sultanahmet” Tram Stop. This point is open between 10:00 – 19:00 only in working days(Monday – Friday). Please inform us 3 hours before your arrival to our point for checking availability. Only Cash Payments are accepted (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, TRY) at our delivery point.

Model 2 ( IWM-002) – Thick Front Wheels for Stone Roads

18 KGs in weight. Easy to use. Folds compactly to put in car trunk/boot. Maximum user weight is 110 KGs. 45 cm, 50 cm Seat Width Options are available.

15 Dollars Per Day  + Delivery and Pickup Fee (30 Dollars for City Center[Sultanahmet, Taksim, Sirkeci, Beyazıt, Osmanbey, Bakırköy, Şişli])

Model 4 ( IWM-004) – Adjustable Foot Part & Cushion for Calf

     

This wheelchair comes with a leg-rest for the RIGHT and LEFT legs that can be set horizontally level or at any incline. This type of wheelchair is essential for a user who cannot bend the legs at the knees. 19 KGs in weight. Easy to use. Folds compactly to put in car trunk/boot. Maximum user weight is 110 KGs. 45 CM, 50 CM, 55 CM Seat Width Options are available.

A larger and stronger wheelchair. Easy to use and folds up well. Will fit into car trunk/boot. Maximum user weight is 130 KGs.

48 KGs in weight. Folds compactly to put in car trunk/boot. Maximum user weight is 100 KGs. Range: 20-25 km with full battery. Performance of wheelchair may change according to user’s weight and the terrain. Charging battery lasts 6-7 hours.

40 Dollars Per Day  + Delivery and Pickup Fee (30 Dollars for City Center[Sultanahmet, Taksim, Sirkeci, Beyazıt, Osmanbey, Bakırköy, Şişli])

Example:
