Crutches Rental & Hire in Istanbul
An injury on holiday, or a flight you would rather not take with your own crutches, does not have to disrupt your trip. Our crutches rental gives you adjustable crutches for as many days as you need, delivered to your hotel or home in Istanbul.
We offer crutches hire for forearm (elbow) crutches and underarm crutches, plus a seat cane: a walking stick that unfolds into a small seat. Each listing shows the height range and weight capacity.
Who crutches suit
Crutches suit short-term support while walking, as recommended by a doctor or physiotherapist. If walking with crutches becomes tiring on Istanbul's hills, consider adding a wheelchair for longer days out.
How to choose crutches
- Forearm or underarm: use the type your doctor or physiotherapist recommends.
- Height: check that the adjustable height range suits the user.
- Capacity: choose crutches rated above the user's weight.
- Fitting: ask a qualified clinician about fitting and technique if you are unsure.
- Resting: a seat cane gives you somewhere to sit while queueing or waiting.
